What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Yes. Orders can be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped and costs have been incurred, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer will be responsible for any return costs. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@nervyndevxn.com.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your shipping method and destination:
- Standard shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days.
- Express shipping: Estimated within 7 business days.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Express shipping typically delivers within 7 days. For urgent orders, please contact us directly. However, international shipping timelines cannot be 100% guaranteed.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
When can I return an item?
You may return items that meet our policy requirements. Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized items cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
What is the process for exchanges?
The fastest way is to return your item under our return process and place a new order for the item you prefer.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my item is defective or damaged?

Does NER VYN DEVXN follow sustainable practices?
We are committed to responsible production in small, limited runs to minimize waste. We prioritize durable fabrics, high-quality construction, and digital-first creative processes that reduce unnecessary sampling.
In addition, we actively seek to collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers who share our values of sustainability and fair labor. This includes working with partners who implement environmentally conscious dyeing and printing techniques, reduce water and energy usage in production, and comply with ethical workplace standards.

Care & Maintenance
How should I wash or care for my items?
Always follow the washing instructions on the garment’s care label. If in doubt, contact us at support@nervyndevxn.com.
Can I machine wash or dry clean my clothing?
Please refer to the care label on each garment. Some pieces may be machine washable (cold water, inside out), while others may require dry cleaning to preserve print quality.

Do you provide invoices or VAT receipts?
At present, we provide standard order confirmations and receipts, but we do not issue EU VAT invoices.
Do you offer discounts or membership benefits?
Occasional promotions and limited-time discounts are available. Customers who register and shop with us regularly may also be included in our loyalty program, with benefits such as discounted shipping or special offers.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you created an account, you can reset your password via the “Forgot Password” option at login. If your store login is email-based (verification code), simply use your email to access your account.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped, changes may only be possible if you contact both us and the courier immediately to intercept the package. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
